sorted now.. had my mate with impact gun sort it... i have impact gun here but its fookered... i used an allen key and it started to round off... they are a very shallow head on those bolts too... will be rplacing with stainless cap heads... of better quality...

got the fork legs in primer at mo going to paint them while i am at it no rush for the supermoto, as i have 6 other bikes to use...

going to change the dust seal swhile i am at it... does anyone know where to get the dust seals from.. there are none listed on marzocchi website...

i really need to get them this week, and put it all back together

the dust seals for the top of the forks...

are they parts on another run of the mill bike...

going to fowlers in bristol tomorrow, as have to pick up in laws from airport... need some fork dust seals does anyone know if these are fitted to any yamaha, or suzuki, honda. as pretty sure they will have the spares there....?

please advise...Al.

was in fowlers bristol today... and i bet they had the fork dust seals for my bike there but they wont match anything up... of all the new and second hand bikes that are there, someone must know these fork dust seals are the same as on other bikes anyone...???? even upside down forks they all look the same...

Fowlers should be able to supply Ariete forkseals ari120 to fit , size 45x58x11, or ari082, 45x58x8.5/11, the latter being a stepped seal to fit under a clip in the slider. Have just checked, ari120 available on ebay at £10.99 plus post.

sorted now ordered the genuine mazocchi items.... got the one leg all painted up silver, and lacquered looks real nicey...the other leg is in primer... ready to fit the dust seals then i be going for it and putting it all backy..
