99 baghira 660 enduro

I have a 99 MZ baghira 660, and currently have the motor tore apart at a shop. the crank shaft is cracked and I am wondering what my options ar as far as rebuilding the motor. I might go ahead and do a big bore kit for it, but what will fit the bike? I have heard that the raptor or xt660 parts are compatible, but I have not been able to locate what year or anything specific. thanks for any help in advanced, and sorry if this is a common question, I have had no luck searching.

While the engine is apart, you could replace the counterbalancer gear with the solid one from the Raptor.
