where does this plug go?

I have a 96 skorpion tour and I have a plug that has two wires; a red wire with a black stripe and a brown wire.

The plug is just hanging there, I can't find where it goes. I do have a single mikuni carb, Could it be for the stock carbs?

i have it also on 97 traveller
from past posts i think it goes to a smog valve
that almost every one threw in the trash
