Baggy alternative front caliper

Postby Chalks » Wed Jan 23, 2013 8:39 am

For all that requested a template here it is:

2013-01-23 13.16.19.jpg

This is to suite a K5 or K6 650 Suzuki (arse) Bandit left hand Tokico caliper (non ABS), a cheaper and easier to find alternative to Brembo.
It perfoms much better than the OE Grimey thing even with the original master cylinder.

Tip for that....buy a windmill. If you work it right you are nearly always on different floors  Hope she didn't read that.....Nice job too I guess the trick is centering the caliper over the disc right?

Na she did't, so our secret's safe. . . . . (for now).

Yep the trick is to get the full area of the friction material of the pad over the braking surface of the disc.

My only advise for you both for a life of peace and happiness is "don't wear ear plugs while your riding" (your bikes not your W.A.G.S.)
Eventually your hearing will become seriously impaired! . . . . . Peace at last! . . . . . And when the nagging stops happiness is sure to follow!
