enduro gearing

anyone have any experiance with gearing on the enduro model??
had a good day green laning yesterday but felt the bike was a little high geared on standard gearing when pottering along,15/45 i think, and wonder if adding a few teeth to the rear would allow me to wander around in 2nd and 3rd gear a bit easier??

this ratio seems fine when the sm wheels are fitted but then the rear wheel is a different dia
