calm down, calm down  think hubs are modified xt600  as for spokes and rims,no idea.
did have my rear re-laced under warranty as chrome spokes were fitted in rear, not stainless like the front and that was done by grahams.

why don't you get a caliper or ruler, drill bit, etc and measure them.. Besides, best thing you can do is put the next size bigger spokes on there. I broke five original spokes on my rear before I finally just sent the damn thing off to Woody's for rebuild, and they suggested larger than OEM size.

phew.....

someone is out there....

i got a local bloke who is gonna relace them.. for £35.. he builds loads of wheels for classic bikes.. as for spokes i will probably order 3 off grahams as a pattern, then get a fullset from essex wheel builders or whatever they is called... think its about £65 so overall £100 for the full rear rebuild, i will polish rims myselfy, and get the hubbies painted here localish...

Damnit! you would have to ask. I won't be home for about a month, otherwise I'd go check.

i have got it off and on my bench ready to rebuild / respoke....

ouch..........!!!!!!!

i just dunno what to do... the hub is really shabby and needs a good service.. flaky paint... grrrr grrr

most of the sprocket side spokes are in very good condition, and think they just need a good clean, as for the other side seems to be a bit of a mish mash, some are good, some are rusty and just gone too far...

now my local wheel builder said he can rebuild my wheel, but ideally i would like to keep cost down, and learn how to do it myself...

i am about to measure the offset shortly as a reference in case i cock up....

was thinking of removing one at a time, and cleaning / replacing them, and measuring up and checking out the state of the scabby ones while i am at it, and maybe get the wheel builder to tighten and true the wheel for me....

or completely remove all spokes, and getting hub painted / powder coated, and upgrading spokes to next size up....

any advice..

PLEASE PLEASE....

i would go with the above, may cost more but powder coated hub will look neat and last, only down side i can see is you may want to do the front to match

left a message with the wheelbuilder tonite. was a bit disappointed at first, as he said he doesnt do wheels anymore, i left a message and he got back to me to say he can rebuild it for me as he did my front a while ago...

Phew !!!!

Anyway i have removed all the spokes except for 4 that were seized so pretty good luck really...

have ground out the 4 seized spokes...

have seperated them all an checked on grahams site looks like the longer rear ones 172mm disk side are the same, and the sprocket side spokes are different...

so will fone and get a price on what i need tomorrow, i will have a good look to see if any can be reused, or may change the lot for next size up...

probably get them from essex whellbuilders..

I will keep you all posted on here on whats happening... hope to get the hub all cleaned up tomorrow for possibly powder coating or i may paint it myself as it turned out great on the front last time...

have the rim polished up today, took a few hours, with the drill autosol, brasso, and some polishing mops but nearly there...

got my mate going to sand plast the rim on thursday. so that will be ready for paint...

just need to think about the spokes now...

I have a couple of options,,

I have 31 used nipples all good, the other 5 i have damaged and are no use...

bear in mind that these are 80 p each so come to £24 approx... so have saved a small bit there...if i can re-use them... i see no reason why not...

now the spokes i have had a look at, and not really worth salvaging any of them... they all have some pitting, and rust on them...

my options are

order a spoke of each type from grahams to check quality, and a nipple this is only a fiver so worth a punt...,

then if the grahams spokes are all good, and fit my nipples order just the spokes for £47...plus the odd 4 nipples

central wheel do spoke sets with nipples for about £69 dont really need all the nipples !!!! but they say they are imperial spokes. which i pretty sure my nipples and spokes already are...

there are some other companies doing spokes, and nipples but not entirely sure if i trust the quality....

another option is to go with central wheel components, and get next size 7 guage spokes and nipples for the same /£69...

this will require some drilling out of the rims, and hubs...
