When I bought mine, the neutral light wasn't working. After getting to the bulb, I found out it was the switch, which looks like a bolt with a wire on it. Search for pictures here. That is easy to check to see if it is the bulb or not, by bypassing it. The switch gives the circuit ground, so grounding the wire should light it up.

Thank mate, will do.

Slapped on the seat and took it for a tour round the block, very nice. No lagging out on the throttle and pulled like a train.

Hopefully have it fully put back together this weekend.

effing thing, the neutral light was the only thing that was running properly when I bought it!

Inspiring stuff Dave.

Just looking forward to actually riding it. Especially over some speed bumps

Best make this one of the first things I do then, shake out any issues early on.

Rather than on the other side of that massive hill, where I was thinking of doing it.

Back on the road all mot'd up.

Bit of a lag/step early on when accelerating, prob need to tweak the secondary carb opening point.

Prob wait until I've got the exhaust on.

Anyway thanks to all for the help.

If you can find out postage I'll happily take it off your hands, the carbon one might be fun, but I prefer a quieter exhaust. :smt023

The carbon one is not particularly light either
