Mastiff Pics of work in progress. New lower yoke from German ebay (cost £100 delivered). New wheel spindle from German ebay (£30 delivered) Rebuilt Baggy forks Simson predator fairing. Saddle to be rebuilt (cost around £150 to £200) and twin exhaust to be made (cost under £100 for silencers and link pipes) and bars to be changed for clip on fireblade or 955i bars (cost about £30 from ebay). Wheel to be straightened
Simson side predator (cost £50 from ebay and £40 at simson to upgrade the lights) is an excellent fairing choice. Really easy to fit. Firestorm rentec carrier welded to hand rails (cost £5 for paint the carrier was surplus). Carbon wrapped lower forks (cost£2). Home made (cost £4 not £40)alloy fork brace mudguard mounting. Volt meter from chinese quad (bashan i think) has a matching chrome body like the clocks.
New wheel bearings, steering bearings, and fork seals. All bulbs to be converted to LEDs. Still to be polished up after that.
I think thats it so far.

Looking good so far, would like to hear more about your exhaust plans, and where you are getting the work done.

Cheers :D

Hello. The exhaust will be made from anything I find suitable. Im bidding on a couple of ducati monster carbon cans. Ive got an exhaust custom builder who will make the link pipe for me (50 quid approx). I will either link it across the back of the airbox or under the saddle. I was thinking these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-tap ... 5aee5e114d would even do the job. Cheers Mick

Hello Dave. :smt006 Its loud anyway as it had vampire exhaust on it without a db killer. Im hoping it wont upset the carburation too much as its already tuned for an open exhaust.
Work still to be done is ...
Front wheel rebuild.
Exhaust cans and link pipe.
Custom Saddle.
Fireblade or 955i handlebars.
Top Box.
LED Bulbs.
and private reg number.
I think (and hope) thats all. Then its august before I can legally get back on the road. We dont bother about the law as much as America does. Cops dont have guns and pit manouvres are not really allowed here anyway so catch me
