than i went on to start the bike, turn the key hit the starter and nothing happends, its not the battery as when solenoid shortened the engine spins nicely, couldent get my head around it, than i decided to check for spark as even shortened it didnt start and the spark is gone
i dont know what to do now.took apart the starter switch and everything looks alright, reading when starter button is pressed was about 1v with the kill switch on or off, its not the side stand switch as i have noticed the previous owner has had it bypassed before.
took of starter relay of my xs250 and same thing so it isent the solenoid.
