Well the standard suggestion is the TLS from the Honda CB175 or CB250 K4 ( UK designations) but they are getting rare nowadays, and people are starting to restore the bikes ( yeah, I know. I mean who would want to waste money restoring a CB175.... said by the man who restores MZ

Myself I would just get the original MZ brake relined with soft compound and get a heavy duty brake cable made up. Properly adjusted it works pretty well.
