There is a zerk in my linkage

On the 2000 MZ there is a zerk fitting in the shock linkage.
On the 96 there isn't.
Is that something they added sometime between 96 and 00, or was it previous Owners work.

The grease fitings are standard, to the best of my knowledge anyway, my MZ Baghira has them on all linkage points

There was a post on here about installing one in the skorp ... maybe the Previous owner of 00 did, while the 96 one did not ...
Or the 00 had it from the factory, and not the 96.
96 skorp does not have it.
