A search on eBay for "continental fuses" will bring up loads of them very cheaply. Otherwise known as ceramic fuses, but that will bring up a load for household plugs as well, and they're usually made of plastic rather than ceramic these days anyway! I'm not sure on ratings off the top of my head. I *think* they might be 20A for both battery connections, and 10A or 15A for the others.
If I were you though, I wouldn't bother with this type, as they can be a bit unreliable, and tricky to get hold of if you need replacements when out and about. I'd replace the whole fuse box with a blade type. They can be had very cheaply, and the fuses themselves cost buttons. If you get a box with a couple of extra positions you could always use them for spare fuses!
