MZ 125 SM idling problem

No matter what I do I can't get my bike to idle its either full revs or nothing I've tried the idle screw that does nothing I've replaced the carb, engine and cdi now I'm at a loss
Any ideas would be welcome because I'm out of them

These bikes are fussy about fuel drain the carb and clean it and the tank.
