2001 Tour

I'm just not riding anymore. '01 Tour about 20,000 miles. Very good condition. Many spares. (NOS tank, calipers, brake lines, original exhaust, carbs, extra bars, two sets clip-ons, rear sets and shift rods, manuals and stuff you accumulate in 14 years). Located just east of Pittsburgh PA. I will be driving to Pittsburgh this Summer.. my Traveler has shucked off some paint from its top.. as can be expected. It is the cranberry color, and it is the biggest cosmetic defect on the whole bike.. I was hoping you might.. 1. have your cranberry colored NOS tank for sale.. and ..2. choose to sell it to me. thanks, Jim

Sorry Jim. The NOS tank is not a color match to my bike. I should have indicated that. It is the burgundy color and although all the paint is still stuck to the tank there are some paint flaws. I got the tank from the MZ service rep. when I complained about loose paint around the fuel filler cap. He sent me three tanks all of which were of incorrect color. I kept sending them back and asking for color match. I finally gave up and kept the burgundy one.

Bump. Hasn't been ridden since pic taken. Been in climate control storage with dry carbs and dry tank. Anyone here interested?
