MZ 1000 headlight

Postby SlipperySam » Sat Jul 13, 2024 7:10 am

My 1000SF was originally from the UK and now lives in France.

It has failed its Controle Technique (MOT) as beam converters on the LH (dipped) headlight are no longer allowed, so I need an EU (right dipping) LH headlight.

A search so far has revealed nothing is available. The part number is 9018062005.

Has anyone got one ?

Tried MUZ.de and Grahams.

Sadly "no longer available"

I need to find someone who bought a 1000 in Germany and changed the LH headlight to a UK one so have a spare German headlight .....

Headlights ????

A big problem. If the inserts are loose and rattling, there are repair kits in the German forum. Write to me if you want me to make contact.

Best regards
