Rim interchangability

Postby sanglant » Sat Dec 17, 2005 6:54 pm

Are there any commonly made rims (US) that interchange, or can be made to interchange easily, with the Skorian Replica Cup bikes? I would like to have a spare set to mount up with rains for track use, but finding a set of Skorpian rims here is proving to be difficult.

Love a Replica Sport, but so hard to get hold of here (and at a price).

Depends how much you want to spend on the wheels-I have a spare set for my Sport, but, in comparison to the ones fitted on the Replica, they are SO heavy. But i can't sell them, as I like to have a spare set in case of punctures, worn tyres, etc.

Suggest that you do a search on google for "Supermono" and see what that turns up in the way of advice. Although a good engineer should be able to make mist similar sized wheels fit with spacer and spindle mods.
